Our comitment to customer service, huge range, great prices and most importantly our transparent trade system is how we will achieve this.

Our customer service staff are gamers themselves and are more than happy to help with enquiries and give advice. If we do not have a game advertised on our store, this does not mean we dont have it at all, or dont have access to it through our suppliers. Simply email our staff through the 'contact us' page and they will do their very best to track it down for you.

 

 

Pricing Policy

Our aim is to make Gamepool pricing as competitive as possible within the Gaming industry. Our pricing is therefore carefully monitored by our staff to provide our customers with the latest, competitive prices, across the widest range of stock. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). Pricing may also change frequently depending upon, for example, supplier offers and stock levels If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.

 

Discount Offers

Gamepool will often, sometimes as much as daily have special offers, competitions and giveaways, usually in the form of discount coupons. Discount coupons are only applicable to our standard pricing, and do not apply to specials or postage. Discount coupons can not be transfered for cash or be used in conjuction with any other offer.

 

Trade Terms and Conditions

All trades are part payment towards other products in our store.

We trade every game console and their respective titles including retro and vintage eg. sega master system. For games not appearing on our price lists it is reccomended that you email us to check trade value before send to us. The only platform we do NOT trade is PC.

All games traded must conform to the following rules:

*The game is a full legitimate version (no burnt/pirated copies or demo versions will be accepted)

*The version of the game must be PAL. (can be played on Australian consoles, no NTSC or imported software)

* The case, instruction maual and disc must be of excellent condition. (we do not accept scratched discs or games without cases)

*We do not accept multiple copies of the same title being traded by the same person. (unless organised in advance via email)

*Store credit for console trades may take longer as we need to thoughly test the console.

*Gamepool take no resposibility for lost mail. For this reason it is highly reccomended that registered mail is used when sending us software.

Please Note: Some pre owned title do Not come with cases or booklets. 

Ratings/Classification

G - suitable for all ages

G8+ -suitable for persons 8years and over

M - suitable for persons 15years and over

MA15+ - restricted to persons 15years and over.

 

 

Shipping

If you are able to purchase goods from our site then they are in stock in our warehouse and will be shipped in a timely manner (usually within 24hours of payment being recieved) for the safety of the goods purchased we choose to send all items by registered post using Australia post. 2 Shipping options are provided at checkout, standard registered (delivers usually within 1-5 days) and express registered (usually 1-2 days).

 

 

Refunds- Returns

Gamepool will only accept returns of unopened software titles. If the software is unopened a store credit or exchange may take place. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the goods to gamepool. Gamepool will not accept returns if the buyer has bought for the wrong system. If a piece of software or console is found to be faulty, gamepool will accept a return of product, provided we are contacted within 48hours of the item being delivered. If we are unable to send a replacement then a store credit will be granted.

Gamepool is the sole owner of any personal information collected through our website.  We will NOT share, sell, or rent this information to any outside parties.  We collect information from our customers to process orders, provide order confirmation, and order status updates.  Gamepool may contact you via email with new product information, specials,  and company news.  We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website.  These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you (this does not include any personally identifying information). 

Registration

In order to process orders on this website, customers must complete a registration form.  You will be asked to provide your name, phone number, street address and a valid email address.  Credit card information, billing address, and shipping address must be provided as well during the secure checkout process.  All personal information and credit card numbers collected during the registration and checkout processes will be transmitted via an encrypted connection through our secure gateway and are protected by the best encryption software available in the industry.  We take proactive steps to prevent credit card fraud and you may receive extra requests to verify your order via email or phone.  Gamepool will NEVER ask you for your credit card information through email or phone requests.  All orders are processed through our secure website to ensure proper security and verification methods are applied.  Suspicious orders will NOT be processed if sufficient verification information is not provided.
